Pressurised In-Line Sludge Screen
Screen sludges without the need for wash water or breaking pump pressure across the screen.
The key design of the SRP WATER solution is in the dewatering drum. It consists of rings with a variable pitch auger running through the center. Every second ring is fixed to the barrel assembly and separated by spacers. Intermediary rings are free to move. The internal diameter of the fixed rings is larger than the diameter of the auger. The intermediary rings have an internal diameter slightly less than the auger and hence are moved in an orbital motion as the auger turns. The movement of the intermediary rings constantly cleans the barrel assembly allowing free drainage of water. This arrangement allows for extremely low power draw.

The Autofric ASP sludge screw press integrates a high performance conical screw.
The Volute Dehydrator dewatering drum consists of rings with a variable-pitch aguer running.
Reliable technology for dewatering flocculated sludges into spadable sludge cake in belt filter press.
Conventional static thickening for primary sludges, the scrapers move the thickened sludge to the central.
Popular solutions for small wastewater treatment plants that combine screening and compaction in one technology.
Large circular or rectangular tanks allow water to remain stationary for several hours to let solids settle.
In the activated sludge process, air is pumped into aeration tanks to encourage organic pollutants.
Techniques like Reverse Osmosis (RO) remove dissolved salts, heavy metals, and other micropollutants.
Treated water can be reused for industrial processes, cooling towers, landscape irrigation, or even in potable water.
